Social Media Manager

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends to be able to handle our client’s social media presence effectively. The person should have excellent written skills to be able to creatively get the message across and present the brand’s identity ingeniously and cleverly.

Work Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the Company’s social media content
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Maintain consistency and regular engagement
  • Researches and monitors the activity of the company’s competitors
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media practices and trends
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Good understanding of social media marketing tools
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Participate in various niche groups on Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
Job requirements and qualification:
  • Proven working experience in Social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google, and other social media best practices
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
Aspirants with good communication skills in English, both written and verbal and a minimum of 6 months experience can for this job. In depth knowledge about FB campaigns, Insta stories, LinkedIn and Google Business. Strong command over written and verbal English is a must.
