
Software Development (CRM)
As a Software Developer, you will be using your extensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to review code and troubleshoot issues. You will also be responsible for implementing new features, and API methods to improve the system's reliability and performance. You will write understandable, testable code and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the most time and cost-effective results.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement new features and write unit tests
- Troubleshoot production issues with the Operations team
- Managing Complete Administration of CRM back-end (creating users and setting their privileges, rectifying mistakes done by users in their daily tasks, monitoring daily activities, and evaluating individual user performance with help of CRM reports)
- Creation of customized reports using CRM report builder
- Creation of new workflows and calculations as and when required
- Programming experience in writing custom source code in PHP
- Client communication, weekly/monthly visits at the client’s place for understanding software queries and finding resolutions.
Role Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in building web applications, writing client-side JavaScript, API generation, and Integrations in PHP
- Expertise in PHP, C, or Java (CRM is built on PHP, MySQL, and Linux)
- Experience with creating and using APIs
- Expertise in MySQL or any relational database
- Expertise in building complex layouts with CSS
- Experience in using Bootstrap, jQuery, or similar client-side libraries
- Strong UX and Design sensibilities
- Highly confident and Motivated
