
Client Communication Manager
The Client Communication manager would be responsible for building and maintaining solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.
Job Description:
- Cater to responsibilities in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales, and Office Operations
- Lead generations through various web portals and social media references
- Tracking leads, Drafting proposals, Follow-up, Negotiation, and Closures at the earliest
- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
- Plan strategies and implementation on same for business growth
- Handle client calls, makes notes, and convey them to the respective team member. Plan visits when and where required
- Plan your holidays as per business needs, visits, and events
- Coordinate with the technical team and sales/marketing teams to complete the given work at the earliest and get client communications via email for better transparency
- Win new business and achieve agreed revenue targets
- Write compelling business proposals, bid for good projects, and win tenders
- Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking
- Maintain proper communications with clients and get the bills cleared on time and get the company financial book with positive figures
- Communicate and coordinate with client and internal teams for the post-sales data collection and payments completion processes
- Keep company colleterial safe and updated on each third-party portal for generation of leads through organic sources
- Plan up email marketing/SMS marketing or new strategies to generate leads and prospective customer
- You will be planning for manpower and service requirements and reporting them to management or finding sources for the same
- You will be considered the face for representing management to the outer world and we expect and request you to be 100% positive and confident at all moments
- Monitoring, and reporting unusual activities at the office is also a part of your daily work duties
